Begin with our Single-Origin Truffle Collection, a ganache-forward introduction to our origin-driven approach. Silky centers in delicate shells reveal notes ranging from berries and roasted nuts to fresh bread and caramelized sugar.
Continue with the Single-Origin Praliné Collection, where each chocolate is matched with a nut or seed pâte — pistachio, hazelnut, black sesame, peanut, or almond — to amplify and deepen inherent nutty flavors. These pralinés balance sweet and salty, crisp and rich for a layered expression of each origin.
Finish with our Single-Origin Caramel Collection, which applies our origin philosophy to sugars. Using classic technique and our 70% Tumaco, Colombia chocolate, we create five caramels spotlighting organic cane sugar, jaggery, palm sugar, Okinawa sugar, and muscovado.
