One of our favorite activities at the factory is sharing chocolate samples with folks; we love seeing their surprise when they taste different bars side by side for the first time. When single-origin chocolate is made with just two ingredients, it allows you fully to experience the wide range of flavors that each cocoa origin offers ā as well as the producersā craft in harvesting, fermenting, and drying the beans. This means experiencing flavors that most people likely havenāt encountered in chocolate before.
