All three tiers showcase bars, bonbons, and other confections that express our guiding mission as chocolate makers: to reveal the unique natural flavors of single-origin cocoa beans. We craft our chocolate from only cocoa beans and organic cane sugar, carefully test-roasting small batches to uncover subtle flavor nuances, and coax the most interesting aromas from every harvest and batch. The Grand Flight is a generous, multi-layered tasting experience — a celebration of collaboration, craftsmanship, and the endlessly expressive world of bean-to-bonbon chocolate.
