Nutcracker Bonbon Collection
For an immersive, music-and-chocolate ode to San Francisco Ballet’s rendition of Tchaikovsky’s beloved holiday ballet, our Confections Team has created seven enticing, dance-themed bonbon varieties, inspired by Tchaikovsky’s composition, and by SF Ballet’s unique choreography. Lead Chocolatier Dillon Zell conducts a symphony of flavors and textures — capturing and conveying the energy and elegance of dance, and the drama of Tchaikovsky’s score.
Each Collection includes a printed guide to enjoying the multi-sensory experience, as well as a link to our dedicated listening page, which features audio snippets from the musical pieces celebrated in Dillon's creations.
A portion of the proceeds from every Nutcracker Bonbon Collection sold supports San Francisco Ballet's education and community-engagement programs at Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, where the joy of dance is shared through free classes, performances, and dance camps for Bay Area youth and families.
