The Twelve Days of Christmas Collection

The warm scent of chocolate wafts through our factory, joined by aromas of gingerbread, sugar plum, peppermint, and roasting hazelnuts. Festive music fills the café, garlands grace windows and shelves, and we revel in holiday cheer. To share our joy with friends near and far, Nicholas and our Confections team dreamt up this decadent Collection, an ode to the classic carol The Twelve Days of Christmas, which chronicles a dozen increasingly elaborate Yuletide gifts. 

In our most elaborate house-crafted Collection of the year, Nicholas and team interpret the carol's daily gifts via exquisite, chocolate-encased batons — each one the size of six ordinary bonbons — evoking sleek birds and twirling entertainers via twelve imaginative recipes. Fillings are informed by classic French and Italian desserts, traditional seasonal flavors, and decadent local ingredients: an elegant holiday celebration of taste.
